For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account, you must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. This age requirement is a hard eligibility threshold — it is not negotiable and will be enforced through KYC verification.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Operating multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using third-party information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension or closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Balance or pending withdrawals.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information at registration and during any subsequent KYC process. Providing false, misleading or third-party information constitutes fraud and will result in immediate Account closure. ct9990 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
Your Account and access to ct9990 are for your personal use only. You must not use the Platform on behalf of any third party, for commercial purposes, or in connection with any form of arbitrage, matched betting operation or systematic exploitation of promotions across multiple accounts.
ct9990 is optimised for modern web browsers on both desktop and mobile devices. Users in Pakistan accessing the Platform via mobile data networks or Wi-Fi should ensure their device software is up to date. ct9990 does not guarantee uninterrupted service and accepts no liability for losses resulting from technical interruptions, connectivity failures or device incompatibilities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password or account access with any other person. ct9990 will treat any action taken from your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in writing. Report suspected unauthorised access immediately via the support email provided in Clause 14.
You must not use any software, bot, script, automated tool or other mechanism to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for standard user interaction. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, odds calculations or platform systems is strictly prohibited and may be referred to relevant authorities.
To register an Account, you must complete the registration form, provide a valid email address, select a username and password, confirm your date of birth and acknowledge your agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Registration is not complete until your email address has been verified.
ct9990 requires identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before permitting deposits above certain thresholds. KYC documents typically include, but are not limited to:

You may request Account closure at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved prior to closure. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your verified payment method after applicable checks. Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon closure.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
ct9990 supports Pakistani Rupee (PKR / Rs) transactions where the relevant payment infrastructure is available. All bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in the offer-specific terms. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20x Wagering Requirement means you must place qualifying bets totalling PKR 100,000 before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable.
Different games contribute at different rates towards satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games and sports markets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Game contribution rates are specified in the relevant offer terms.

Bonus funds expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant offer terms. Upon expiry, outstanding bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met the Wagering Requirement will be automatically removed from the Account Balance.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notification, ct9990 reserves the right to refer the matter to binding arbitration or applicable judicial process in the governing jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
